Pratik is an associate at the firm. He maintains a general corporate and commercial law practice with a focus on dispute resolution.   • Conducting land and ownership due diligence for a global hotel chain concerning its Nepalese partner hotel.
  • Assisting an Australia based Company in structuring its foreign Direct investment to establish IT industry in Nepal.
  • Assisting Japan based companies in structuring their foreign direct investment to establish a joint venture service industry in Nepal.
  • Assisting a leading global tile manufacturer in making re-investment in Nepal.
  • Assisting FMO, DEG, OFID, and other lenders with the pledge of shares and the assignment of shareholder loans and assets in connection with the financing of the 82 MW Solu Hydropower Project.

Pratik holds a B.A.LL.B degree from Kathmandu School of Law, Purbanchal university. He is licensed as an Advocate by Nepal Bar Council.
