Anjit has advised and assisted on a number of significant cross border transactions and disputes involving Nepal.   • FMO, DEG, OFID, and other local lenders on the restructuring of USD 142.5 million financing of the 82 MW Solu Hydropower Project
  • A Nepalese whisky manufacturer in a SIAC arbitration against a global whiskey licensor concerning an investment dispute
  • IFC on a share swap transaction involving the sale of ordinary shares to foreign investors and the subscription of new preference shares
  • Saisan Japan, Kajaria Tiles Limited, Everest Hydro, and Capton Energy on joint ventures, market entry, and equity investment in Nepal
  • DFC, BIO, BOMF, BlueOrchard, OPEC Fund, and other international lenders on senior unsecured financing to banks and financial institutions in Nepal
  • Visa, Alipay and other international payment system companies on payment systems, settlement, and related regulatory matters in Nepal
